Scope of Position The Administrative Manager (Manger 1) serves as a liaison to a variety of Medical Center constituencies on behalf of the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) within the health system and serves as a key component of the administrative operations. This role works under minimal supervision and is responsible for/contributes to the efficient operations and professional image of the Administration office. This role supports the efficient operations and professional image of the administration suite and must exercise considerable discretion in dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. The Administrative Manager supervises and provides lead administrative support to the Department of Pharmacy, Leadership, Residency Program Manager and Administrative Assistants. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable. 3 years of relevant experience required. |
