POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Senior Price to Win (PTW) Analyst who will aid in the development and delivery of competitive assessments and price-to-win target recommendations within a diverse market sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop a detailed knowledge of customer buying patterns, competitor bid tendencies, and assessments of competitor technical/business strategies and capabilities and their resulting impact on pricing. Remote work is a possibility if the candidate is available as needed for in-person meetings.



  • Perform PTW research and analysis by assessing market trends, competitors' approaches to pricing, key price components, and notional solutions to determine competitor likely prices for key opportunities.
  • Conduct the ethical collection of competitive intelligence data.
  • Perform bottoms-up price estimates, top-down price analysis, and parametric estimates as appropriate.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations for subsidiary presidents and executive-level leadership providing a summary of our competitive intelligence and PTW recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Bid and Proposal team to incorporate accepted PTW strategies into proposal submissions.
  • Must work well with a team to collaborate on projects and be able to work independently on individual contributions.
  • Remote work may be a possibility for this position at the discretion of the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in government contracting or master's degree and 6 years of experience in government contracting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal pricing/estimating, PTW development and competitive analysis.
  • Effective oral, written, and presentation-based communicator.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Direct experience with Cost-Plus, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Time & Material Contracts.
  • Direct experience with SCA, CBA, and Exempt labor.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Facilities Maintenance, Logistics, Cybersecurity, IT Services, Professional Services, Guard Services, and/or Training Services contracts
