What you will do:
- Learn the process to produce closures learning from all areas of the production area
- Supervise employees in the production of closures ensuring product quality, food safety, safety compliance and awareness, and teamwork
- Learn and apply written safety procedures and observe work areas
- Learn and apply SPC sources and basic quality tools such as diagrams, flow, run, control charts, testing, etc.
- Learn and train in procedures to maximize productivity throughout. Manageequipment, enforce SOP's and standards
- Develop, supervise and mentor employees. Direct and assign work, administer labor contract and compliance. Foster a positive workplace and communicate effectively

What you will need to have:
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred experience in a union environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills
