Description The Business Analyst supports Collections and Remarketing teams including Active Collections, Recovery, Exceptions, Strategy, and Soft Collection Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Collaborating with Leadership, as well as Business and Data Stakeholders * Creating recurring production and ad hoc reports * Analysis of business results to identify and communicate trends and possible correlated issues * Performing root cause analysis to eliminate defects in reports * Continuous improvement in efficiency and reporting quality * Datamart testing and validation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
