Job Title: Data Analyst - Sustainability
Description: We are committed to improving and evolving our greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting processes. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help execute our net zero program in the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: * Utilize Excel for data crunching and number analysis. * Create and manage pivot tables. * Handle multiple spreadsheets containing greenhouse gas accounting data. * Ensure a high level of attention to detail. * Use PowerBI for data visualization and reporting * Perform data manipulations and develop information strategies for the net zero program. * Present data-driven insights and recommendations. Project Management: * Keep projects on track and ensure timely execution. * Manage day-to-day tasks, including sending canned emails and tracking responses. * Execute on a standard plan and ensure adherence to timelines. * Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure smooth transition processes. Additional Skills: * Demonstrate a go-getter attitude and a keen interest in sustainability and greenhouse gas accounting. * Possess knowledge of IT processes and their application in data management. Qualifications: * Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis. * Experience with PowerBI * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Experience in sustainability or greenhouse gas accounting is a huge plus. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
