Visual Display Associate

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay: $17-$18/hr. (Based on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Display Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing showroom floor displays. As a Visual Display Associate, you will play a key role in crafting engaging and trendy display setups that showcase our merchandise, draw customer attention, and elevate the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Displays: Collaborate with store leadership to discuss and plan showroom floor design, layout, display focal points, and item selection.
  • Create Visual Merchandising: Design and set up displays based on current themes, trends, advertising, and promotional campaigns. You will incorporate accessories and props to enhance display presentation.
  • Lighting Optimization: Use lighting techniques to highlight displays and maximize customer engagement.
  • Signage and Tagging: Arrange product tags and signage to promote current merchandise, sales, and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Set up, maintain, and remove displays as directed by leadership, while keeping accurate records of display-related inventory.
  • Receiving and Assembling: Handle accessories, ensuring they are uncrated, assembled, and ready for display.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in interior design, display merchandising, and/or staging homes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and complete work accurately.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; a background in Interior Design is preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and use ladders safely.
