Positions: Warehouse Associate - Days and Nights Forklift Mechanic Warehouse Manager - Days and Nights (Multiple levels based on experience) Location: 8320 Global Way SW, Etna, OH 43018 _______________________________________________________________________ Why Warehouse at Uline? Warehouse Associate - Days Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Pay from $25 to $32 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Pick customer order items and package them for same day shipping. Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers. Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality. High school diploma or equivalent. Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs. Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. Warehouse Associate - Nights Full-Time Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM. Pay from $27 to $34 per hour (Includes $2 per hour shift differential) Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality. Use forklifts / powered industrial trucks to replenish product stored on racking. Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day. High school diploma or equivalent. Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs. Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. Forklift Mechanic Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Pay from $27 to $35 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as electric pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, automated conveyor systems and wrappers, banders and sealed air pillow machines. Keep detailed parts inventory and maintenance / repair records. Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO). High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of mechanic experience. Experience maintaining Crown and Toyota warehouse equipment. Prior hydraulic system knowledge and electrical experience. Automated conveyor experience a plus. Warehouse Manager Full-Time Day Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Full-Time Night Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM. Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Oversee day to day outbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance. Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping. Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset. Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
