Job Description: Intern is responsible to learn about onboarding process and training for newly acquired eClinicalWorks (eCW) clients (end users) on the use of Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software. Furthermore, the Intern is responsible to help with creating and maintaining onboarding curriculums for end users that streamline training processes and decrease software learning fatigue. Responsibilities: Review submitted reports pertaining to end user milestone goals including checklists, and evaluations. Review daily attendance report and sends them to organization administrators - both internally and externally. Send evaluation scores to management, including escalation of any learning block concerns. Documents daily tasks internally. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. Help create and maintain content for curriculum Including but not limited to new client agendas, 101 Software Training, and custom training agendas. Create and maintain various documents such as new client onboarding user guides, best practice documents, and hands-on exercise workbooks. Design and create e-learning courses for eCW University to be used by new end users to aid in the implementation of the eCW software. Create and contribute to special projects requiring attention including new software development, product enhancements, training pre-setup, analytic projects, marketing projects, government incentives, compliance-related topics, management strategies, and/or policy-related projects. Respond to queries either via email or over the phone. Completes regulatory compliance trainings. Complete Patient Safety and EHR certification trainings Appropriately communicate organization information through department team lead meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and personnel confidentiality. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Organizational and Time Management skills is a must. Adaptability to environmental, social, industry, and hardware changes is a must. Risk management and analytical skills capable for "out-of-the-box" thinking to solve problems.
