Job Title: Business Process Analyst - Compensation Admin Documentation

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and document all operational processes related to compensation and commissions. This role requires creating comprehensive technical documentation and process manuals to ensure seamless operations, especially during employee absences.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Document and maintain operational processes for compensation and commissions.
  • Develop technical manuals and guides for team use.
  • Collaborate with teams to ask the right questions and gather process details.
  • Ensure clear documentation of workflows for handoff during leaves of absence.
  • Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Utilize and manage commission software systems.
  • Support financial or commission-related tasks as needed.


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:


  • Experience in finance or commissions management.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and process documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with commission software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and ensure process clarity.
