JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of product, process or project management experience or 9 years of product, process or project management experience within an organization that has a proven track record of successfully managing projects utilizing a rigorous project management methodology.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Project management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Works independently and in a team.
• Schedule driven and focused on best quality data delivery with keen eye for details.
• Organized and methodical with good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently
• PC computer skills (Word, Excel).

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience.
