This position reports to the Supervisor, HR Enablement and supports the US HR data strategy, data governance, and enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards. The HR Enablement team's mission is to design and lead a portfolio of initiatives and policies to strengthen HR practices and processes in creating and intaking accurate HR data, auditing data across core tools and processes, identifying and improving data management capability, driving localized data automation, accelerating digitization and maturing a data policy governance, and consultancy approach. The team will streamline and simplify data entry and extraction out of the system and execute robust reporting and dashboard capabilities that tie to strategic priorities, decision making, and direction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a Market Data Specialist on HR data systems including but not limited to SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, iLearn, Talent Performance Management System, etc.
  • Support key HR Enablement team projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Support testing activities including but not limited to projects, global initiatives, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and manage data issues/escalations and raise IT tickets as needed
  • Design reports, dashboards, and scorecards and HR tools in PowerBi and Microsoft solutions to maintain data quality and data hygiene standards
  • Collect data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
  • Transfer data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
  • Create new, experimental frameworks to collect data
  • Search through large data sets for usable information
  • Analyze and identify trends to assist in problem solving and resolution of issues
  • Consult with HR on reporting and data best practices
  • Provide solutions supporting HR projects from the HR data / metrics standpoint
  • Train others on how to use HR and Data Strategy solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, IT, HR, Computer Science, Social Science Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required; equivalent experience defined as at least 1-2 years of relevant, professional-level working experience in the same or similar field
  • Ability to handle highly confidential HR information in professional manner

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in data and reporting or related functional area required; experience preferred in a corporate or HR environment
  • Knowledge of Data Lakes and Data Lake Management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerBi, PowerApps, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to work with a variety of computer systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft suite, HRIS)
  • Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent analytics ability with a focus on analyzing, interpreting, and extracting insights from large amounts of data, and developing recommendations & improvement opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
  • Strong initiative to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
  • Experience with machine learning and AI
  • Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
