DIVISION: 50BRKTH Breakthrough POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer I to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our full stack software solutions. You will work on both frontend and backend components, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.This role will work in Green Bay, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Development: * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. * Contribute to development tasks under the guidance of senior team members. Architectural Design: * Work closely with team members and other product leads to understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the overall success of the product. Technical Excellence: * Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development. * Participate in code reviews and learn from more senior engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. * Contribute to the creation and execution of unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code. * Learn and adhere to development best practices. * Identify and address technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed, and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions. Innovation: * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaboration: * Working with senior, staff, and principal engineers, contribute to the improvement of development processes. * Embrace mentorship from senior team members and participate in training programs.
