ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Manager Business Analyst, you will: Team Management: Manage and lead a team of business analysts, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development within the team. Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the integration of new technologies and workflows, enabling Kyocera's business divisions to fully embrace our digital transformation platform. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment of goals and successful implementation of innovative solutions. Enhance Operational Efficiency: Analyze existing processes within discrete manufacturing operations, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop business process models to drive efficiency. Lead Projects: Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, managing scopes, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Data Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data analytics innovations and tools to support decision-making and provide insights into manufacturing operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in discrete manufacturing and business analysis. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises 0 subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise(s) a total of 0 employee(s). May supervise 1-5 non-supervisory employee(s). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. PLANNING Moderate responsibility regarding specific assignments in planning time, method, manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work operations. DECISION MAKING Performs work operations which permit frequent opportunity for decision-making of importance, and which would significantly affect the operating efficiency of the department. ANALYTICAL ABILITY / PROBLEM SOLVING Moderately repetitive. Activities with slight variation using a definite set of processes or directions with some degree of supervision.
