What You'll Be Doing: Executing M&A integration efforts to align organizational structures, culture and processes to drive operational excellence and employee engagement. Conducting comprehensive M&A due diligence to identify integration opportunities and challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation processes. Developing and communicating organizational design strategies to key stakeholders. An effective listener that is keen to understand unique business nuances and incorporating these insights into informed decision-making and strategic plans. The Impact You Will Have: Driving successful M&A integrations that enhance organizational performance and cohesion. Transforming PPL teams to align with strategic business goals and improve overall efficiency. What You'll Need: Expertise leading large-scale corporate, or enterprise level change initiatives at scale. Proven expertise in M&A integration with a strong background in organizational design and effectiveness to ensure a seamless transition and exceptional employee experience. Extensive experience in organizational redesign, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Excellent project management and strategic planning skills. Ability to analyze complex organizational structures and develop effective transformation strategies. Consultative skills and experience working in a multinational company.
