The job duties will include but not limited to quoting customers via phone, fax or email, and processing and expediting orders via fax or email. -Managing a team of 5-8 Creating clear guidelines and expectations with team and holding each individual to KPIs Managing monthly one on ones and performance reviews Dealing with electronic invoices -Taking inbound calls from customers/ clients - Providing quotes and wait times for certain products -outbound calls to prospective clients and explaining offers and pricing *Skills* Customer service, Customer support, Call center, Technical support, microsoft office *Top Skills Details* Customer service,Customer support,Call center *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2-5 years of experience *Experience Level* Expert Level #prioritywest *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
