Description As part of the Digital Workplace Product team, this role will deliver onboarding training for new advisor affiliates on their first day as employees. The role involves facilitation and understanding of several technology tools, knowledge of adult learning styles, assisting in the development of technology training experiences for all employees, and supporting business partners with digital workplace tools. It also includes providing advice, guidance, and strategic support for key firm initiatives and launches. Additional responsibilities include travel up to 3 times a month, the creation of curriculums, virtual training delivery, and metric reporting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 3 times a month to deliver onsite training. Corporate Facilitation/Public Speaking Understanding of Adult Learning Styles in a Technology Setting. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on user experience, listening, and questioning skills. Strong Tech Support skills. Ability to absorb and retain information quickly. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Ability to think fast under pressure and get timely resolution when tech issues come up in class. Capable of multitasking in a high paced environment, effectively and efficiently. Exceptional customer service orientation. Ability to demonstrate client sensitivity Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Completed or enrolled in IT-related support classes Financial industry experience or studies a plus Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent customer service, written and oral skills. Knowledge of various Windows OS and hardware for PC environments Knowledge of principles and terminology of networking and mobile technologies Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with Mac OS and hardware for use in a PC environment Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common productivity applications. Knowledge of wireless networking, VPN, and networking components and terminology Strong knowledge of mobile technology and use cases, especially iOS and iPad OS.
