*Our client is looking to hire a Desktop Technician to work in La Plata, MD. The client* will be upgrading all devices from windows 10 to windows 11. Candidates should have prior experience imaging using a tool such as SCCM, or the MDT toolkit. They should also have an understanding and experience of the wide variety of incidents that would arise during a deployment of this scale. Experience related to documentation of incidents via a ticketing system such as servicenow is also important.
*Top Skills' Details* 1. Experience imaging and deploying devices (preferably via SCCM) 2. Prior experience troubleshooting various technical incidents that arise during a larger scale deployment project (PC Hardware, Network connectivity, O365) 3. Experience and knowledge supporting and managing Active Directory functions (Account creation, Password reset, Group Policy) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
