Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Senior Analyst
Contingent upon prime contractor approval
Purpose:
Job Description:
- Integrate into a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
- Provide analysis, management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
- Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
- Provide understanding of MDA Element Program efforts for Discrimination and Electronic Protection

Qualifications
- Must have a MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience or a BS/BA with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MS/MA degree.
- Must have experience in technical countermeasure mitigation assessments, briefings and reporting.
- Must have experience in developing and reviewing engineering requirements and CONOPS.
- Must have development of risk analysis and mitigation efforts.
- Must have knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals.
- Must have experience in technical system performance assessments, contingencies, and implementation planning.
- Must have experience in conducting analysis and trade studies as well as multi-discipline and functional analysis.
- Must have conducting multi-discipline and multi-functional technical analysis experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, preferred.
- Master's degree in STEM field, preferred.
- MDA experience, preferred.
Security Requirements:
- Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10%
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in an office environment.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
