About this opportunity: Our Smart Manufacturing team is looking for a 2nd shift Technical Lead for the Troubleshoot & Repair Department. Main duties will include coordinating solder repair and troubleshoot crew to follow department strategy. Knowledge in solder and/or troubleshooting is a plus. To develop, implement and maintain cost-efficient, ergonomic, processes. What you will do: Lead 2nd/3rd shift troubleshooting and repair efforts to maximize output by leading team based on work load and commitments. Take personal ownership and accountability along with utilizing problem-solving skills. Ability to identify team members strengths and the capacity to delegate task effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment. The skills you bring: 4-year technical degree with proven leadership experience or 2 year technical degree with experiences through supervising or team lead role 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leading technical teams Proven ability to lead a team of Electronic and Repair Technicians to meet goals Prior experience setting priorities, managing change and organizing teams for success Utilize prior skills to determine competence build plans and needed training Basic understanding of telecommunication systems Technical experience in troubleshooting complex circuit boards is a plus Experience in cross functional communications to better align across teams Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Proven written and verbal skills, communication is very important in this role Why join Ericsson?
