The Ambulatory Care Service Manager primary responsibilities are, but not limited to, coordinating, supporting, and managing all Route Service day to day activities as they relate to the Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and Ambulatory Care Customer base. This position will work in an office and sometimes be out on the road (Must be willing to travel) Duties and Responsibilities: * Operational Management: provide management support to the production personnel when requested * Service/Distribution Management (ACSM): Direct and support Supervisors and AC Service staff, daily delivery, data entry, customer communication is completed as per HCSC protocols each day. * Service Supervisor and Service Rep Professional Development: Train and Support ACSS and ACSR personnel to grow the AC division in accordance with HCSC Ambulatory Care Mission, Vision, and Values * Daily Paperwork Reporting: Ensure all AC paperwork is complete and sent to appropriate locations. Ability to perform analysis of completed paperwork to provide linen and garment usage information * Fleet Management: Supervise, plan, and coordinate the truck fleet and fuel reports to ensure effective and efficient maintenance schedules. Coordinate truck schedules to promote longevity. * Daily communication with AC Supervisors: conduct daily huddles with AM and PM Supervisors at each AC facility, review assess, impact and follow up with any specials, routes and disciplinary actions. Education: Associate's Degree- Preferred GED/Diploma-Required Experience: 2 years Sales/Marketing/Customer Service Manager-Required 2 years general Customer Service-Required 2 years Payroll-Preferred Qualifications:
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; additional hours as needed **Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, DOT physical and drug screening. |
