Job Title: Support Technician

Location(s): Orlando, FL

Job Description:


  • The Support Technician provisions and maintains end user computing devices (e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment).
  • The Support Technician installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • We will need an IT Generalist, someone with knowledge of desktop hardware/software, telecom, wired/wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile phones (both IOS/Android).


Job Requirements:


  • This is for a Field technician that will be driving to the different auction sites to assist with any technical issues that arise.
  • Looking for 5-10 years of exp.


Top 5 must haves:


  • Excellent Customer Service record.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective time management.
  • Willing to travel/support two auction locations on opposite sides of the Houston metroplex.
