Johns Hopkins University supports a flexible work model which includes four different work modalities. This role has a hybrid work arrangement with an onsite presence of three days per week. The manager will confirm the team's core onsite days where the majority/all team members will work in the office. Employees who travel on university business can count those days towards their onsite days. The Communications Project Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives in the Office of Strategic Initiatives and serves as the primary coordinator for narrative donor reporting and stewardship materials. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the end-to-end production of quarterly donor reports, support weekly leadership meetings, and draft weekly summaries in collaboration with University Communications. Beyond maintaining exceptional quality standards in report production, the role involves comprehensive document management, from organizing meeting agendas to maintaining historical records for future reference. Success in this role demands strong project management capabilities to coordinate complex workflows, implement rigorous quality control measures, and meet concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
