Overview:
As a Marketing Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping our independent financial advisors enhance their media strategies and maximize their return on investment. By leveraging Advisors Excel's TV, radio, and digital platforms, you will provide expert coaching, share industry best practices, and develop tailored strategies that drive measurable business growth. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to guide our advisors toward more effective lead generation and conversion strategies. What you'll do:
- Provide Strategic Marketing Guidance - Be a subject matter expert in AE's media services, helping advisors refine their lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Deliver Personalized Coaching - Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance - Evaluate marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring advisors see measurable results.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work closely with AE's media and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Keep up with the latest marketing automation tools, digital advertising trends, and best practices to continuously enhance coaching strategies.
Experience you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or client account management.
- Proven marketing consultation expertise with a strong ability to coach clients toward success.
- Experience in digital marketing, broadcast media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to provide constructive feedback and guide clients effectively.
- Adaptability to adjust strategies based on evolving priorities and client needs.
Bonus Points:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- A background in financial services.
