About the Role

Impact you will make

The Implementation Consultant with FinThrive is responsible for successfully supporting clients during implementation by helping define application configurations, workflow, and integration with existing host systems. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project milestones and drive product delivery. Responsibilities include performing current-state assessments and assisting clients to implement best practice solutions and workflow during all aspects of the FinThrive product implementations as assigned. The individual will be part of multiple disciplinary teams in the delivery of customer contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in customer sign-off and project acceptance. This role supports high-volume, fast-paced implementation activities.

What you will do



  • Assess current-state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions using FinThrive' s technology.
  • Partner with clients to design, document and deploy application configurations and specifications.
  • Ensure proper deployment of solutions through testing.
  • Problem solving and analysis of errors based on end-user or quality testing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the application, implementation configuration, and deployment.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities with prospective clients including discussions surrounding the implementation project process, creation of high-level project timelines, estimation of costs, and providing recommendations to meet their overall needs
  • Provide consistent positive experience for all client resources, focusing on client-centric best practices and relationship management.
  • Ensure the successful completion of quality product and solution implementations utilizing strong leadership, project, and resource management skills.
  • Set and manage customer expectations.
  • Actively participates in the development and implementation of internal processes and procedures to support FinThrive in solution/service deployment, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage the acquisition of required data.
  • Maintain implementation documentation repository.
  • Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship



What you will bring



  • 3+ years of industry experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
  • Able to prioritize work load and work effectively without supervision
  • Knowledge of all MS Office Products
  • Travel: if needed, up to 40%



What we would like to see



  • Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting Healthcare and/or financial software/applications
  • Previous experience in hospital revenue cycle operations, consulting, or general finance
  • Prior experience with direct client/external facing engagements
  • SQL knowledge
