Business Unit: American Honda Finance Corp Division:Finance & Administration Division Work Location: Torrance - Main Campus Location Career Level:5 Salary Range:$93,600.00-$140,300.00 Job Purpose EX4 - Assistant Manager Treasury - Capital Markets American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking an Assistant Manager of Treasury Capital Markets. This position oversees the execution of all unsecured debt ($40+ billion portfolio) and swap executions ($70+ billion portfolio) in the Treasury Capital Markets Department, along with supporting the investor relations activities required to support the growth of AHFC related to consumer financing, dealer financing and other activities. This position will recommend long term strategic goals to the TCM Manager & the Funding Committee (which includes the President, Treasurer/VP, VP-Finance & Administration and Compliance Officer). This position will also speak frequently with internal departments, our relationship banks, external counsel and auditors relating to the terms and conditions for the various debt programs Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities will include but are not limited to * Determine optimal structure and present to the Funding Committee.
