- Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is comprised of three hospitals in Tulsa and five regional hospitals, including Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Hillcrest Hospital Pryor, Bailey Medical Center of Owasso. Hillcrest also provides comprehensive primary and specialty care services through Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
- The position for a Desktop Support Technician who works as a self-starter.
- The positions requires in depth technical knowledge and expertise.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of business process to improve I.T. services and user experience.
- Solves complex problems; trouble shooting skills, optimize systems, takes new perspective in identifying solutions.
- Ability to Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Client, Microsoft Office Products, Laptop Backup and Encryption, Mobile Iron, Citrix, knowledge of SCCM.
- Able to do Remote support, Basic Understanding: Active Directory, WINS, DNS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN and DHCP, IOS and Android devices and network printing.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience in Information Systems / Network Administration.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- MCP certification
- Associates' degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
