Description Responsibilities: - Technical Quoting: Collaborate with the Manager on technical quoting. Once the quote has been accepted, complete order entry and account management throughout the customer lifecycle. - Sales Funnel Management: Handle customer inquiries submitted through the website or emails/calls sent by prospective customers requesting additional information. - Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to specific clients. - Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage any issues that arise. - Customer Interaction: Ask the customer the right questions about the product they are requesting to ensure accurate quotes and product designs. Then, convert pricing information into a quote letter and send it to the customer. Skills sales, customer service, CRM system Additional Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple concurrent jobs and quotes, and have experience with CRM systems. High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to details Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and write English Experience in the sales field and/or customer service Proficient with Microsoft applications Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
