I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for an experienced IT Support/Audio Visual Tech. This is an on site position. Contact me so we can discuss the details.
Position Summary:
- Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues related to network and computer applications.
- Maintains corporate computer infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile technology, and networks.
- Supports innovation and project execution to improve IT environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex computer and application network issues.
- Provide Level 2 application and network support to Network Systems Administrators.
- Lead efforts to enhance laptop, phone, and tablet technology.
- Support and maintain audio-visual (A/V) equipment for meetings and town halls.
- Coordinate Sales team onboarding support with business teams.
- Train new team members and create procedural documentation.
- Provide mobile device support for end-users.
- Develop and deliver basic end-user training based on business needs.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Lead communication efforts regarding system issues within IT and business teams.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience with laptop systems, Microsoft Windows, and various hardware.
- 5-7 years managing Microsoft Office applications.
- 1+ years supporting A/V equipment.
- Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and WiFi.
- Experience with tablets and macOS devices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and high request volumes.
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, in-person).
- Availability for on-call support after hours and weekends.
