The Position
2025 Summer Intern - Data Strategy and Delivery, Data Standards and Governance Department Summary Data Strategy and Delivery (DSD) is the end-to-end clinical data business within Product Development Data Sciences and includes ~350 internal data experts and ~650 external CRO headcount. DSD colleagues are evenly distributed across Basel, Mississauga, SSF, & Welwyn plus ~25 China colleagues. DSDs primary impact is the delivery of FAIR & quality clinical data from over >300 clinical trials from early to late development & Med. Affairs. DSD has a large secondary data business, creating complex data marts, sharing clinical data for research purposes, and acquiring & hosting external patient data. DSD invests in industry-leading data standards, systems, tools and processes to drive efficiency and quality and to encourage data re-use. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on site. The Opportunity

Required Majors: BS & MS: Undergraduates who have completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework at a university, current graduate students pursuing a Masters or recent grads (BS or MS within two years) Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $45.00 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
