Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative
Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Japanese Outside Sales Representative to cultivate and manage relationships with clients. This role involves providing comprehensive support and solutions to clients (Japanese companies), ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and their teams.
  • Conduct meetings to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance on available services and solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to accommodate frequent travel within the assigned territory, often with short notice.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to accommodate to client schedules outside of regular business hours (before 9am, after 5pm, or weekends) when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Corporate work experience in Japan.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
