Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join the NPI Supply Chain team in Colorado Springs. This role partners with R&D and the extended NPI team to trigger orders and manage materials for prototype builds, manage quotes and expenses, and ensure the supply chain is fully setup in time for new product introductions to begin mass production.

Key Tasks

  • Engage with R&D, NPI team and contract manufacturers to understand milestones, requirements, and translate project information into supply chain deliverables.
  • Work with supply chain team to trigger, monitor and close orders, deliveries, and payments needed for prototype and ramp-up production builds.
  • Be the Supply Chain Expert and point of contact for all materials activity under a new project: orders, bill of materials, revisions, status, ongoing issues and resolution status.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional expertise in supply chain management and/or New Product Introductions.
  • Ability to work independently to understand, drive, and execute deliverables.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to communicating supply chain requirements, deliverable status, and potential issues and resolution.
  • Proven strong organizational skills.

Pay Range:

USD $80,700.00 - USD $134,500.00 Year

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
