Position Description: Assist end users with desktop support or basic systems related issues at the local level. Install information system technology at business unit and job site locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with tier 1 support for voice and desktop systems, resolving or conferring with the appropriate technical or systems personnel.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Respond to end user hardware and software requests.
- Assist in updating documentation of the local technology infrastructure.
- Assist in updating inventories of software, versions and applications of desktop computers. Control additions, deletions and changes in equipment assigned to the unit.
- Verify daily systems backups of the local server and other mission critical business unit infrastructure. Provide notification of any identified systems failures.
- Assist with projects as directed by the local IS staff, following Turner IS methodology.
- Maintain daily tickets to ensure the highest service levels are maintained.
- Contribute to training of end users on Turner standard software tools.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited, college/university in their junior or senior year, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent program
- Experience using Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating system, Office 365, MS Exchange, and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of telephone equipment, VOIP, LAN equipment, and peripheral network device
- Basic skills with Office 2010/2013/2016 installation and support
- Able to assist with Android and iPhone configuration
- Basic understanding of malware/spyware/anti-virus software
- Basic understanding of fundamentals related to LAN/WAN computer environments and concepts.
- Able to effectively operate in a multi-tasking environment
