Overview

As the ABM Manager for our Major Accounts team in North America at Trimble, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing programs to engage, grow and nurture our high-value enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with a range of business teams to create personalized campaigns that drive meaningful interactions for pipeline growth and retention across those organizations. The Global ABM Practice lead is based in the UK and the Major Accounts team is largely East Coast-based, so preference will be given to candidates on the East Coast.

Job Responsibilities

  • ABM Strategy Development: Design and implement account-based marketing programs to target key accounts and drive engagement. Develop personalized campaigns tailored to the needs and interests of high-value accounts.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage and execute ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, content, social media, and events. Ensure campaigns are aligned with account-specific goals and objectives

  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Business Development, Customer Success and Professional Services teams to identify target accounts, understand needs, and develop sales and retention strategies as clients move through the customer lifecycle. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize account engagement

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop account-specific content that addresses the unique challenges and pain points of target accounts. Ensure content is relevant, compelling, and aligned with overall ABM objectives

  • Account Research and Segmentation: Conduct in-depth research to identify and segment high-value accounts. Utilize data and insights to prioritize accounts and tailor marketing efforts accordingly

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns. Track key metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Use data-driven insights to optimize and refine ABM strategies

  • Technology and Tools: Leverage ABM, marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track ABM activities, staying up-to-date with the latest ABM technologies and best practices

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on ABM performance and ROI. Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or other pipeline-creating marketing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment

  • Skills: Proven expertise in developing and executing ABM strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (6sense, etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is recommended.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team

  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications or education in account based marketing is a plus.
