Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the support ticketing system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends to enhance support services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Experience



  • Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.



Education Requirement:

High School diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

* Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required * Experience working in a service desk environment * Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute * Technical familiarity with any of the following: Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system
