Position Summary This position reports to the Assistant Financial Controller. Responsible for overseeing and managing payroll functions including the processing of the bi-weekly payroll, maintaining accurate employee profiles at Werfen and through ADP. Due to growth in the organization, may manage multiple payrolls within multiple Werfen companies. This position will also be responsible for managing the payroll staff, developing and implementing appropriate payroll policies and procedures, and ensuring that these policies comply with local, state and federal regulations. This position will be expected to develop strong relationships with Human Resources and General Ledger staffs. Responsibilities
