Job Title: Logistics/Contracts Administrator Location: 7981 Georgia St, Hill AFB, UT 84056 Shift: 1st Duration: 12 Months+ Payrate: $35/hr. to $44/hr. on W2 without benefits (based off experience) Role & Responsibilities: Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints, generates proposals, negotiates pricing, and ensures compliance with contracts and agreements. Conduct CAV-AF transactions Manage internal division spend (EWAs). Order Management: Order review, acknowledgement, and entry. Backlog Management: Ensuring backlog is accurate and complete. Support shipments and invoicing. Access Government Information System (MRO Apps) to download and distribute daily reports. Authorizes the work to be performed by releasing the Sales Order into the system. Resolves customer complaints concerning invoices or billing discrepancies. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
