Position Responsibilities

IT Responsibilities
* Manage technical desktop support incidents via user inquires, requests, and escalations via email or phone and provide functional support and assistance to a local and global user base, following specific processes and guidelines to ensure that tasks are completed consistently and efficiently.
* Log all incoming requests in the incident tracking system and follow up on open tickets to ensure proper response and satisfactory resolution, keep detail-oriented documentation regarding problems and solutions, and keep the customer updated of the status and resolution times.
* Support maintenance of audio-visual equipment, including hook-up, configuration, parts replacement, and AV technology refresh recommendations.
* Collaborative IT support with cross functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure stability and integrity for local office.
* Assist with administration of mobile devices
* Oversee and maintain adequate inventories of IT assets to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures
* Provide support for the IT asset disposal processes as required.
* Provide end user training in small group sessions and perform new employee orientation.
* Participate in supporting IT requirements for large events such as conference/departmental meetings.

Facilities Responsibilities
* Security access badge administrator
* Ensure USPS/Fed Ex packages are received and ready for shipment.
* Maintain employee cubicle assignments and identify space for visiting employees.
* Primary contact for Deltek space related issues, from employee questions to building management.
* Communicate with landlord for maintenance related issues.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of facility issues. Track maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Support and manage facility-related projects, such as renovations, upgrades, and relocations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Escort maintenance vendors while conducting maintenance on space related issues.
* Point of Contact for all IT supplies, office supplies, and kitchen/pantry supplies
* Assist in providing on and off boarding activities for local employees
* Serve as a local liaison with corporate HQ for company-wide programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge and Skills
* 3-5 years IT support experience.
* 1-2 years facilities management experience or a related field.
* Experience in data analysis, project management, and space planning is highly desirable
* Understanding of budget management and procurement processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Strong Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of PC/MAC hardware, software, components and basic troubleshooting, Windows networking, and mobile devices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft products and operating systems, certifications preferred
* Audio/Visual troubleshooting experience preferred
* Familiarity with resolving remote connectivity issues
* Ability to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment a must
* Ability to interact with users, team members and management in a global and multi-cultural setting
