Primary Duties:

• Provides safe transportation for patients/ items to and from the PACU promptly.

• Obtains supplies as needed for the safe effective running of the PACU.

• Carries specimens to the laboratory and obtains blood from the Blood Bank as needed.

• Utilizes hospital policy/ procedures as a basis of performance to ensure consistency of care.

• Displays adaptability and self-confidence in carrying out responsibilities to ensure a smoothly running unit.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• BLS (Basic Life Support).

• 1-2 years' experience preferred.
