Job Description: Support a portfolio of client accounts, sometimes serving as the primary day to day point of contact for more routine activities and requests. Assit in the preparation and development of advertising plans to meet clients' business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization. Handle client queries and provide solutions to address their concerns. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services. Participate in industry events and maintain knowledge of market trends. Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service and results. Provide input into the development of case studies and client testimonials to support business development efforts. Compile campaign budget reporting.
