Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking an Order to Cash Lead to join our team that will implement the next generation of knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4HANA for our Building Products businesses. In this role, you will work within the Order to Cash team and work closely with the Customer Experience team to define, build and support critical S/D functions within SAP and key integrations to an external CPQ system. The ideal candidate will have extensive order to cash business process design and optimization experience as well as in-depth knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, integration, SAP S/4HANA(S/D), and excellent communication & collaboration skills. LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA (HYBRID) OPEN TO H1B SPONSORSHIP WE OFFER $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS What You Will Do * Work with a wide set of stakeholders to identify the business needs and apply Business Analysis principles to elicit, understand and document business requirements. * Interpret user requirements and provide solution recommendations and S/4 system demos to key stakeholders to meet Order to Cash business requirements. * Synthesize functional business rules from legacy application and design its SAP equivalent without compromising the business objective and value * Work with frontend application team and understand the backend service needs and design optimal holistic solutions to address the needs of the business * Perform Fit gap analysis to streamline requirements for implementation * Design, configure, and modify SAP to meet business requirements using best practices. * Develop functional design specifications and mapping documents including workflow, validation, and logic requirements for all RICEFW objects, data conversions and interim state design. * Assist with the creation and execution of deployment and cutover plans. * Solve problems in a dynamic team environment using strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams like MDG, P2M, S2D and R2R to deliver capabilities with complex cross platform dependencies and integrations. * Work on identifying gaps and process optimizations. * Ability to work through ambiguity. * Ability to conduct solution design sessions for business alignment * Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Deep domain knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution Capabilities in S/4HANA including but not limited to Enterprise Structure, Master data, Quoting, Pricing, Sales Order processing, Order Management, EDI, AATP and integrations * Progressive experience in hands-on configuration with SAP Sales and Distribution in S/4HANA. * Ability to synthesize business problems and recommend and configure optimal system solutions. * Experience with 2+ full SAP Lifecycle Implementations with S/4 HANA. * Knowledge and ability to visualize test data and collaborate to create it within S4 Hana for QA and SIT test coverage What Will Put You Ahead * Experience as an ABAP developer with the capability to debug code * Experience of custom business rules implementation within SAP S4 Hana for custom app development * Prior knowledge of integration of other enterprise applications/platforms with SAP S4 Hana * Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) * Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent or commensurate experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
