Job Title: Commercial Service Technician Top Skills' Details: * Experience: 5 years in the commercial security field, specifically in servicing equipment such as Access Control, Hardwire CCTV and Wireless CCTV cameras, low volt cables, locks, and motion sensors. * Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with management, end customers, project management teams, and technical support teams. * Problem-Solving: Must be able to troubleshoot, provide excellent customer service, and have installation knowledge to handle easy hardware fixes. Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves: * Installation * Fire alarm systems * Alarm installation * Security systems * Customer service orientation Job Description: We are looking to add a Commercial Service Technician to our team as we continue to expand. This technician will support customers primarily in the Delaware market, including Dover and surrounding areas such as the eastern shore and parts of Maryland and Northern Delaware. Key Responsibilities: * Receive service call schedules a week in advance, typically handling an average of 4 tickets per day. * Troubleshoot and solve issues on various alarm panels, including Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Bosch, Honeywell, Concord, Vista, and others. * Work with motion sensors, door locks, glass break sensors, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors. * Experience with fire panels such as Silent Knight and Potter AFC is a plus, but training will be provided if necessary. * Manage equipment shipped to your home and transport it to customer sites as needed. * Use of a company vehicle provided. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with low volt cables. * Ability to work in new construction and occupied commercial buildings. * Efficiently manage work schedules. * Provide excellent customer support.
