Senior Manager, Client Experience Digital

The Sr. Manager, Analytics CX will have proven leadership and client service skills, and experience managing integrated digital programs. The candidate will be the day-to-day contact for clients, manage communications across a cross-functional agency team, and support flawless execution in the most efficient and productive way. They will display personal ownership and accountability for client engagement, with the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of a client engagement and facilitate cross-functional team integration (analytics, paid media, performance marketing, etc.) to deliver on client plans

- This role will begin predominantly managing the client service and project management of analytics and dashboard related clients while looking for synergies and opportunities to align with our other services and teams.

- Act as an effective, two-way translator between clients and teams, actively counseling development of work in the best interest of all parties

- Project manage deliverables across multiple work streams and independently prioritize as appropriate

- Contribute to new business and growth efforts including RFP responses, proposals, up-selling, cross-selling with existing clients and participate in pitch presentations for new clients

- Proactively support and suggest improvements and new ideas to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience

- Partner with internal finance team on overall financial management of the client (SOW development; monitoring and tracking deliverables and budgets; forecasting; change management and reporting)

- Coordinate integration with other agency partners - Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product

- Be a proactive, agile and solution-oriented

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ Years of Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations

- Experience or educational background in the data or analytics field

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent client and team leadership qualities

- Able to build cooperative, effective relationships, facilitate communication and understanding among professionals across multiple levels. The ability to build consensus, anticipate problems and difficult situations, and develop workable strategies and solution

- Expert skills in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for complex, agile programs. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with established deadlines and pressure.

New York Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
