Performs a variety of professional duties required to develop, implement, and evaluate programs designed to meet the needs of a targeted adult population interested in obtaining work readiness skills in a particular career field; recruits and selects instructors; meets revenue targets consistently.

Qualifications

Required

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the assignment.
• One (1) year of experience in program management.
  • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
• Requires specific certification and/or experience in the content area.
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, procedures, and practices related to adult education.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to use technology to support program management.
• Ability to manage program-related finances.
• Ability to develop and maintain successful cooperative relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary Range

$70,864 - $120,587
