Seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to drive strategic process improvement, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoice processing. Develop and implement billing procedures, automation solutions, and quality control measures. Analyze billing metrics to optimize processes and reduce payment delays Drive system enhancements and integrate new reporting Research account inquiries, such as billing, delivery dates and contract adjustments, utilizing exceptional problem-solving skills. Responds to and resolves customer billing questions through research, interdepartmental communications, and analysis. Take leadership and ownership of projects and implementing new processes. Drive process improvement within the department and working with adjoining business functions.
