Pay Range: $48,000 to $68,000 non-exempt; overtime and bonus eligible

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.



  • Two to five years of maintenance experience in an industrial production environment and knowledge of OSHA regulations are preferred.
  • Background in the mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems required.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Capable of rapidly responding to unplanned equipment breakdowns during production
  • Track record of continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
  • Travel approximately 10% of the calendar year.
  • Able to record work orders using a computer or tablet.

  • This position is frequently required to stand for extended periods; repetitively using hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is sometimes required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  • Warehouse environment, loud noises, temperature outside is close to the temp inside.
  • Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday required.
