Description

Assist operations in maintaining vehicle inventory, new customer acquisition data, managing project software, job and campaign cost analytics. Candidate can be remote.



  • Communication and computer skills necessary
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems necessary
  • High level math and statistical skills
  • Analytic skills


Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A commitment to and enthusiasm for energy efficiency.
  • Strong writing, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Attentive to detail and able to learn and understand technical terms.
  • Able to prioritize and process multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to tactfully avoid conflict, build trust and work as part of team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to pass criminal background and drug screening tests.


Physical Demands:



  • This is largely a sedentary role; with a large amount of computer work being required.
  • Answer phone, and use computer, Scanner, printer, etc.
  • Walking and Standing
  • Clarity of vision at both over 20 feet and under 20 inches
  • Able to judge depth, have a good field of vision, and identify and distinguish colors
