Description The Park Bank Retail Leadership team is looking for an experienced, dynamic, & self-aware manager to lead the Sun Prairie Branch and its incredibly talented staff - could this position be the next step in your career? Reporting to the VP West Market Manager & joining a team of eight other branch managers, the Sun Prairie Branch Manager will coach, develop, and mentor Sun Prairie staff towards client service excellence standards and achieving banking goals. Essential Functions & Duties: - Assisting Market Manager in developing new business and maintaining existing relationships - Communicating clearly with Bank associates to build a team atmosphere and provide optimum service to clients - Understanding and suggesting Bank products and services to meet current and emerging financial needs - Developing and managing a portfolio of deposit and loan clients effectively with a goal of maximizing relationships and increasing asset quality and profitability - Producing workable, quality referrals; initiating positive partnerships with other associates to develop successful and growing relationships Requirements Required Education and Experience Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 3-5 years of supervisory experience. - Consumer lending authority preferred.
