The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position is to coach, lead, manage and develop their team. They are responsible for ensuring achievement of their area sales goal, deployment compliance of all instore activities, distribution objectives and market share target. This territory is in the Michigan market, ideally in Detroit, Lansing or Grand Rapids. The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position is to coach, lead, manage, develop and train their teams to maximize the value of retail using the general manager mindset. They are responsible for ensuring the achievement of NIM sales, trade, share and distribution objectives to drive HPT, Client Satisfaction, and develop future talent for the OpCos. Acts as the account point person responsible for key sales survey, distribution and display information at store level (where applicable). Business Management (25%):

336576 The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
