AV Support Assistant

A student in this role will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of AV/IT operations. The student will provide preventative maintenance, system modifications, and support for on-campus AV needs. This will include classrooms, conference rooms, and study spaces.

- Providing technical support for a wide range of events in our classrooms and conference rooms.
- Testing and ensuring proper operation of A/V equipment such as projectors, microphones, and audtio/video checks in out classrooms
- Audio-visual equipment set-up for special CVM events.
-Assisting with routine maintenance of equipment
-Other duties as assigned.

Undergrad student in computer science or related program

- A basic foundation of knowledge and skills in technical systems
-Customer service and solid communication skills are integral for this position.

2nd year and above undergraduate student in computer science or similar discipline.
