General information Name Consulting - Forensics and Valuation - Manager Posting Title Forensics and Valuation Manager Ref # 2234457 Date Published Thursday, January 23, 2025 City San Antonio State Texas Country United States Job Category Forensics & Valuation Services Office Forensics & Valuation (Forvis) Advertised Location US-TX-San Antonio Working time Full Time Description & Requirements How you will contribute: Leading project delivery teams assisting clients in the understanding of forensic accounting Designing forensic accounting project scopes, managing day-to-day activities of the project team, and taking responsibility for overall quality control of client deliverables Managing the relationship with client contacts and project team members to facilitate project fulfillment Exercising independent thinking skills by making engagements-related decisions including dynamic problem-solving, strategy, etc. Contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture by maintaining cooperative relationships, sharing information, and accepting and providing constructive feedback Delegating work to staff according to their experience and capabilities Reviewing the work of staff, providing mentoring and performance reviews Developing business by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, both externally and internally We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: The ability to work independently and with team members located throughout various offices Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent writing skills for the preparation of client reports The ability to propose innovative and alternative ideas The willingness to adapt to urgent situations Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field from an accredited college/university 5 years or more of experience in forensic & litigation services One or more of the following professional business credentials: CPA, CFA, ABV, ASA, MAFF, CFE, AVA, or CFF Ability to travel as needed to serve clients Preferred Qualifications: Prior public accounting experience Expert testimony in legal cases involving financial disputes, fraud investigations, business valuations and other accounting matters #LI-SANT #LI-CH2
